12,000 SF renovation of existing medical office space into a new Geriatric Psych unit. The project included nine semi-private rooms, a new elevator, new exterior egress stair, nurse station, staff work area, quiet room, and group meeting rooms. The project also converted an underutilized courtyard into a secure outdoor recreation space for patients with raised flower beds.
